You can have multiple accounts as long as each account has a unique location and phone number. You cannot have multiple accounts for the same store.

How do I order with Supeco?

Once your account is approved and activated, you will be able to choose from a wide variety of our products. Just add them to the cart and check out.

Is there a minimum order value that I need to place?

Yes, a minimum order value of 3000 EGP is required to place an order.

I am not able to find the item I want. How do I search?

You can type the item name in the search box available on the top of the app screen, or use the barcode search to look for item using its barcode.

How do I use barcode search?

Select the barcode icon located on the right corner of the search box. Now, you can either scan the bar code on the physical item using the camera scanner or type the barcode in the box. Our system will search the item and display the result.

Can I add more products to the cart once the order is placed?

Unfortunately, no. Once an order is placed it cannot be modified. You will have to place another order.

Are there any limitations on the stock upon placing the order?

You can order any item up to the maximum quantity that is available on the app. But keep in mind, stock may vary during delivering based on the availability. In any case, if you have a specific stock requirement for any item, feel free to reach out to our support team via email, call or WhatsApp available on the mobile app.

Prices are fixed as per what you see on the app. However, if you have a bulk order requirement, feel free to reach out to our support team via email, call or WhatsApp available on the mobile app and we will offer you the best price that can be worked out.

When do I get the delivery of my order?

If your order is placed before 10 PM of any day, you will get the delivery on the next day. Any order placed after 10 PM will be delivered on the 2nd day from the date of order.

You will have an option to choose the delivery time slot before placing the order. We currently have two slots, morning and afternoon. Our team will call you before the delivery arrives to your store location.

You have an option to return an item (or more) at the time of delivery directly to the delivery person. If you wish to return anything after the delivery has been made, reach out to the support number within 24 hours from receiving the order. No returns will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.
